I don't haul a load very often. I had it done because I ride 4 people in it sometimes and when I go over speedbumps it bottoms out. It also just felt mushy and kinda floaty with a full cabin. I also noticed when one person sat on the tailgate the frontend was sitting higher than the rear. I just felt that the factory 3 leaf setup was just weak overall.I was told by the dealership and alot of people on the forum that it would settle and soften a little. So, I don't mind it. I am running Bridgestone Dueler's on TRD Sport wheels at 29 psi.
