New Noise
I have a 2006 Double cab with a Toytec 3 inch spacer and rear AAL. The noise I have now sounds like it is coming from the front diff. It sounds like a hum and when I engage the 4x4, the noise goes away. When the truck is taken out of 4x4, the noise returns. The noise only occurs at 30-40 mph. I have the front diff drop and rear shims. I believe that it sounds like the front diff angle might be off. Do I need a carrier bearing drop?
