Any word on the Pop-n-Lock PL5300?

    I completely agree with Rickochet. With the bed cover installed, what can we do if the power tailgate lock failed and refused to open. All I can think of is to carefully removed the handle from outside (if it is at all possible) then pick the lock after.
    This thought however didn't stop me from installing a Dynolock in the 2010 Taco. Took me at least 2 hours installing and got it working the first time. I connected it in the driver's side so pressing unlock button will open both the driver side door and the tailgate. Not sure though if I installed it right as I can still lock all doors with the tailgate open and not getting the beeepping sound as others installed same lock claimed.
