285/75/16's on a stock taco

    I am new to the whole truck modification thing so bear with me. could i run 285/75/16's on my stock 09 TRD off road without running into rubbing problems? also i am looking for a little more hight any feedback on the product?

    You will need that lift kit to fit those tires. You will probably need wheel spacers as well. Spidertraxx makes them. OR you could always go aftermarket wheels like most of us do. When all is said and done you will probably still have to do a little minor trimming to clear the tires, but its very minimal. There also is a lift FAQ on this forum. You should visit it.     ^^^^^ yep.....gonna need wheel spacers with the stock wheels, and a lift kit to fit those wheels.


    i see you are up the road from me...im here in rock hill. i work right outta belmont though.....hwy 74/wilkinson blvd, right up past river bridge and nichols.

    haha yea lift kit is next...i was at a construction/development site this after noon and my drivers side mudd flap got ripped off :( but its back on :)
