So I was looking into picking up 2 clevis shackles for the new bumper and didn't see the hole diameter advertised on All Pro's website. I've called AP twice in the last few days to ask questions about the bumper, rear suspension setup, timbrens and the skid plate and don't want to keep bugging them so.... does anyone know if the Shrockworks shackles will work? http://www.shrockworks.com/3-4-Clevis-Shackle-Black-Powder-Coat-pr-16149.html

If not, what shackles are people running?

i picked up the bigger ones i could find at northern tool....not sure of the size. they had the next step down, but the gap in the clevis wasnt wide enough to seat around the shackle mount

ohh and the hole size is typically 1" and the pin used on a 3/4" shackle is actually 7/8 so its a good fit...

gotta be prepared. i use the extras for things like hooking up strap to someone else, hooking in a snatch block or tree strap... all kinds of things. i've actually used almost all of them at once on a recovery. i also carry two snatch blocks, two tree straps, 30ft tow strap and a 20 ft chain.

I'll try to do that today on the way home from work. I have a local store about 1/4 of a mile from the office and it's right on the way home.
