2009 wiring harness w/ towing package

    uhh, so for the love of me.. what wiring harness adapater do i get to plug into the adapter next to the trailer hitch on the towing package equiped models? I am at pep-boys right now and cant find a damn thing. i picked one up rated for a 2009 tacoma, but it had 6 pins and the actual wiring going to the adapater under the truck only had 4, so i couldnt bypass that. i am sooo stumped.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    u need a 7-pin to whatever u need....ie 4 pin flat for most trailers

    Electric Dynolock tailgate, TrailGear Slides, , 285/75-16 Yoko Geolanders on Wheelers Type B, SAW 2.0 front and back, Camburg b/j UCA, 1.5" AAL, Ubolt flip, ARB bump.
    My 09 with towing pkg has a 6 pin female plug. I have an adapter that goes from 6 pin to 4 and 5 pin. Not sure why your taco has a 4 pin.
