The garbage company is always hiring. Alot of turnover. You have to be a little crazy to put up with that crap day in and day out. I've been doing it for almost 4 years.

Yeah but with Chapter 13 he can still keep the truck...with chapter 7 he will have to give it up. C13 is easier and gets denied less so. You pay a trustee a lowered amount depending on your debt vs income. Chapter 7 wipes the slate perfectly clean but it is much tougher, you give up almost everything (because they put you under a microscope) and it is on your credit for 3 years longer.

Yes, I was considering going postal over it but I decided it was better to hold off until someone starts another thread about oil filters.

People that use oil filters are fools. They just piss me off with all their holier than thou lubrication bullshit.

Why should I pay so much for an expensive oil filter or anything no one is ever going to see except me?!

well i talked to a lawyer and she said i'm not in bad enough to have to file bankruptcy, she's had people much worse than me come back fine within a couple years, so i was glad to hear that. i'm keeping my bike, and my buddy sold me his jeep for $2k, we bluebooked it and it is worth $6500 lol...his mom is giving him "one" of her escalades, so he's just selling this to me cheap because i really need it and he doesnt need the money...i just pay him however much i can each month

Mine is showing high inflation wear and cupping. The pressure is OK. I will have to take it up with the dealer, but I suspect suspension.
