Center Caps

Has anybody had any trouble with center cap loss? I have lost two on my 2008 4x4 now and it is getting expensive.

Have you tried Ebay? If I remember correctly, about a year ago I replaced one that fell off from Ebay for I think $15.

Lost 3 so far

Got my 2009 Taco with steel wheels on May 15, 2009, now have 2000 miles of on road driving on clock. I have lost 3 so far. Dealer is starting to hesitate to replace them for free. I have prepared a letter to service manager, general manager and Toyota Motor Sales USA stating basically, they have a design problem and I expect them to either fix the problem or replace as many caps as fall off my brand new truck. Truck is driven on paved roads only so far.

Sounds like there is a problem with the wheels. glad to hear it is not just me. Put a small bead of clear ATV sealant on mine tonight. Can't afford fifty bucks every time one falls off

Dealer replaced my 3 lost caps Today.

My dealer replaced my 3 lost caps today, no cost. He was not happy with the center cap attachment design. His comment was, " I'll see you in a few weeks"
