can't you tilt the bumper (maybe by putting washers somewhere) so it lines up better?

I dont care enough. I got the bumper for its purpose, not for looks.

As long as you cut right, you'll be fine. I messed up because I didn't do my own measuring. Kevin gave me a ball park number on where to cut, not knowing the bumper might be off a bit. Remember, this is a custom bumper, they wont all be identical. Just do your own measuring and you'll be fine. Once I put weather stripping on it, you wont even be able to tell.

 

I also am after function over looks, but I do like looks.
