Mud Flap Trimmage

Those things will rip off fast on trails. I dont want to remove them completely. What would be the best way to trim them down & make the finished edge look proffesional;

Probably not tin snips. How about a peanut grinder w/ a cutting wheel?

I`m thinking a jig-saw, then file it smooth.

i used tin snips and a thin box cutter. i drew out the pattern i wanted and wen to cutting. u can file it back if u need it. the font ones are much easier than the rear, just fyi

jhodge is rite, tin snips and a box cutter do great. i used a file to smooth um out. i cut off 7 inches. looks great. doesnt catch ALL the mud but a good bit.

Did you take them off to trim or do it while on the truck? How do they come off?

i backed up over a tree stump once that i didnt see...it caught it and poper it right off. the stump was only like 4-5 inches tall and it caught the stock ones
