Today when I came out of a store I thought I saw my two back brake lights and the 3rd brake light lite. When I got in the truck I got back out and looked at the brake lights and they were normal. Later this evening I went out to check the lights and they were on again and then the next moment they were out. I have tried checking the fuses to make sure they weren't coming loss. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and what they did to fix it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Sounds like your brake light switch needs adjustment.

Peek under your dash and see if anything is hitting the brake light switch.

Where would the brake light switch be approximately?

Its gonna be a pressure switch near the brake peddle arm.

Could it be low brake fluid? Or some sort of warning light for the brake system?

I can't seem to find the pressure switch. Is there a diagram or picture somewhere that I could look at that would tell me where to look?

I FOUND IT!!!! How do you get in there to adjust it? I mean there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room. Is there a special/easy way to adjust it?
