I was reading through the newest version of the All Pro plate bumper install last Friday and saw that they have added new reinforcement brackets to tie in the upper and lower portions of the bumper for winch applications. Is this something new?

Unfortunately I didn't have enough hardware in my kit so All Pro is sending some out right away. Just didn't know if this was new and the old instructions didn't mention these 2 brackets or if this was something brand new.
