Alignment? Can't adjust caster/camber?

I just installed my 5100s and a AAL this weekend and took my truck to Firestone for alignment. The manager and the tech both tell me that on Toyotas the camber/caster cannot be adjusted and only toe. I've read many threads, especially by Toku which says both can be adjusted. Does this make sense to anyone?

Here are the specs:
L R
Camber 1.2 0.8
Caster -0.2 -.02
Toe .006 .005

If I leave it as is, is this okay? Thanks for your help in advance!

literally just had mine done 30 minutes ago.... all of it is adjustable.... so they are full of it

 

Had my alignment done at Goodyear last Friday. According to them Camber and toe are adjustable. With a 3" lift I was able to get them both in spec but Caster was a bit off.

 

Run like HELL! Doesn't sound like they have any clue as to what an alignment is?

 

Thanks for the replies! Damn, I already paid Firestone for the lifetime alignment. Oh, they also mentioned that the only way to fix the caster was with shims.

Take it to Sears. That's where I had mine done when it had the 3" lift.

Which Friestone is that? Shims?? Somebody should go in there and slap some sense into them. Get your money back!!!

Can you post a picture of your 5100's? By the numbers that you gave, I want to see the the 5100's Take a picture of your struts.

 

It would be helpful to take a printout of, for example, the factory service manual, showing the procedure for adjusting caster and camber.

It is kind of hard for them to continue to claim that it isn't adjustable when you have the procedure in front of you.

I had similar experience with Firestone. Since I have Firestone lifetime alignment, I went to another Firestone shop. The technician of the other shop was able to adjust them to within specs (though my Billy is at 1.75).

You may do the same to save money, making use of your lifetime alignment.

So I took it to another Firestone this morning and the specs are below. They said caster was maxed out and this was the best they could do. I know the are off from optimum, but are these specs really bad?

Maybe is there something wrong with the lift?

Also, I'm experiencing a very slight shudder between 5-7 mph. Shoud I be concerned with this and what should I do?

I see your problem!

You installed the spring mount upside down. That is why your numbers are so off!
I had a feeling you did that that's why I asked for the picture.

You need to flip them over.

The strut pictured is actually correct.

The picture that the OP posted is most definitely upside down. I'm not sure of how safe that could be either.
