well folks the saga continues.after taking my tacoma to the dealer for the leak the second time i was told by the dealer that the leak was nothing more than residual ATF from the first leak. i tild the dealer that they were wrong that there was no way ATF would sit there like that for 3 weeks. and they insisted that it was just residual fluid. i asked them if they cleaned all the extra fluid off and they said YES. well the fluid is back. im taking it to the dealer in the morning. lets see what story they come up with this time. have a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I would also contact the BBB and get on record that the dealer is giving you the business.

heres an update to my leaking truck.. i got a call from my lemon law lawyer today and toyota has agreed to replace the truck with one of equal value minus 1597.00 for the miles used when it started leaking..wich was 6500. i now have almost 29,000 miles on it so i get to go look at a brand new 09..ill will keep you all posted as to what i get and will post pics.

well after toyota told me it would have to go to arbitration. i looked around the net til i found a lawer to handle it. nevada doesnt have a lemon law so it falls under the federal warranty laws.
