mudflaps?

Do yall take em off? I've hit mine on speed bumps a few times, so they are on the verge of being removed.

 

I've hit mine 3 times on speed bumps, but I like having them to protect the side of the truck. I just bought a dremmel, so I may cut them down a few inches. The fronts are way too long.

 

I took the front ones off for that reason, left the back ones on for now, i may remove them in the near future though.

 

I ripped a front off one of the first times I went wheeling. Took them all off after that...Haven't had any sandblasting/road debris issues yet...

 

If you want to sell the front flaps let me know your asking price.

 

is that fiberglass that it's bolted too? will it rip the fiberglass if you hit too many speed bumps?

 

Tin snips and some sand paper, 3" off the front and 2" off the back.

 

take em off. i did. works great. search fro the clear 3m sticker guards.

 

washington state law requires them on the front and back, so i left them on. dont want no trouble with the piggies

 

I left mine on. No problems at all.

 

Took'm off. Much cleaner look, IMHO.

 

I want some mud flaps that say in white letters on them "MUDD FLAPP". I would install them on my Tacoma.
