Herculiner

I painted my skid plate black but its starting to chip. I was thinking about using herculiner. Im not too familiar with it but i see that you can use a roller or just a brush. There is a kit that they sell for about 75 bucks that comes with the roller n brush. Then theres just the herculiner stuff for about 25 bucks. Could I just use a brush instead of the roller and save money?

 

I've used it... It works pretty well... You would only need the small can, and just buy a small throw-away roller and brush... Just make sure you stir it real good before and during use, and put at least 2 coats...

So dont buy the 75 dollar one that comes with the roller?

I used a 3" or 4" foam roller that I threw away when I was done as well as a brush...
