Most passenger cars have "flow through" ventilation, with body vents in the rear, often in the trunk.

I've noticed that when I shut my windows with the A/C on, I can feel the pressure jump in the cab. That seems like it might not be vented.

I haven't been able to look around all over the cab yet--do we have vents?

    Yes, you do.

On the 2005+ Access Cabs there's a pressure relief / vent thingie in the rear cab wall. If I recall correctly it's relatively 'low' on the wall in the center.

Since these vents are typically integrated into the basic sheet metal, they rarely show up on parts listings.

There is a vent in the 05 Access cabs. Dead center of the rear cab wall. If you look down between the bed and cab you can sorta see it.

I realize that the Access Cabs have a vent on the rear wall, but does the Double Cab have a similar vent (when sound deadening - I could not find a vent)

This also allows the fan to be running, blowing in air, as you shut the doors.

My '84 had them outside, just behind the door jam .... a black strip.

My '94 had them in the rear of the cabin wall towards the bottom between the cab and the box - little squarish vents.

    My '06 - I never saw them.

'10 - as stated, dead center in back wall.

Judging by the "bricks" I assume this is a U.S. Customs photo ..... [IMG]
