1.75" bilstein 5100 what tires size will fit ?

i am looking at tires for my 2009 regular cab 4x4 and wasn't real happy with the choices of tires on the stock setup. what tire size could i fit on there if i put on some bilstein 5100s and raised front up 1.75" ?

275x65x16 max. Might even have some rubbage then. 265x65x16 is the max you can have at stock height.

max at stock height should be:
265/70/17

The bilsteins aren't going to change what size tire you can put on. The top and bottom of suspension travel will be the same as before.

I put 265/75/16s on my stock 4x4 and after removing the mud flaps had no rubbing issues.

so the lift you get out of the bilsteins is not a solid lift so if i wanted bigger tires i would have to go out and get a full blown lift kit ?

It depends on how much bigger you want to go. What size are you shooting for?

well 1.75 inches is not a big lift by any means you would be lucky to get some bigger than stock tires in there.

It is possible to put 285/70/17 and 285/75/16s on your truck without a lift as long as you have wheel spacers to keep from rubbing on the uca's

Those tires it will also rub the body mounts and the inside of the wheel well if you do any offroading and get anywhere near full articulation.

It looks like you have a regular cab and therefor the 2.7L engine. If that is indeed the case I wouldn't go any bigger than 265/75/16 unless you plan to re-gear. Even putting those tires on will give you a noticeable power decrease.

I've got 2.5" with the bilsteins and run 285/75/16 with ZERO rubbing issues. I do also have FJ wheels so that might make a difference.

Do you disconnect your swaybar when you go off pavement?

johnw's truck 285/70/17 stock hight claims the only rubbing he has is on the uca's

"i have said this in so many other threads but. I have 285/70/17 tires no lift 1/4inch wheel spacer and only rubs the UCA AT FULL TURN. i dont usually make full turns and even then if i do its minor rubbin"

a 3% increase in tire size would influence my engine power that much ? but my target would be 265/75/16

No I keep everything hooked up but my truck isn't an offroad machine either. I hunt, fish, and camp so that's the most offroad it sees. I'm VERY happy with the setup I have. I ran 265's for about 2 weeks and had to step up to 285's. It's the perfect combo IMO.
