And me, though I only want them from keeping dog hair off the seats and at the moment I use an old bed sheet that is held in place by 2 spring clamps around the head rest slider bars. Not sure I can motivate myself to spend too much money when this solution works fine.

i gave up on trying to find some
seems the only thing out there is "universal fit"

and that means close but still not a good fit

i just made a set to match my interior
( long story but i got a broke sewing machine a few years ago and got it working, and no i do not sit sidesaddle in the chair)

but was about $20 for material ( i used "popular" a stretchable fuzzy non linting requires no hem) material and not that hard !

the back part was easy, just sew the sides and put it on like a sock
for the seats i used newspaper and made a pattern of the bench part and when i cut material i left about 6 inches on the back side

i can give more details but was not too hard a job

What's the black cup like item in the knock out area of the bench seat? Something you added?

I see you have an auto, I have manual and my bench doesn't have anything as such.

Also, I am planning on going with buckets here soon. But curious why covering your seats so soon. Were they stained or did you just not like the factory style?

i smoke and that is toyota's idea of a ashtray and suppose to fit in one of the may cup holders.
that small area it sits in i made as it was just a floor hump there and the seats are for 2 adults and one small kid in the middle so i live by myself and will only have one passenger so made it !

you know it will be almost a custom job to install buckets as not the same bolt patterns in the floor? and think the seat sensors are different ( not sure)

the first mod i did was those covers to protect the seats ! i can easily take them off and wash and the protection is what i was worried about. new car and i have had a few used ones with stains and burns before but not on this one as it is the last wheels i will drive !

Well you did a good job on that covering Phantom. Looks good.

Yeah I know changing to buckets won't be a give-me. The buckets I am planning on installing are out of a 06 TRD. Not positive, but from what I can tell has similar sensors to that of the bench seats. (pressure only and no on/off switch for the pax air bag). Not sure if the connectors to the wiring harness are the same or not. Might have to do a mod on the wiring, or just set the airbag system always on as I don't plan on having any children in the pax seat.

As for the bolt patterns, Tacoma's forward section of the cab are the same from what I've researched. Only all the holes for the bolts for the buckets won't be pre drilled and no nuts welded underneath so I will have to adjust accordingly. Will see.

Hope to have them in about a month ($$$). Will post a write-up if all goes well and I am able to get them.
