    Does the police report indicate that she was at fault 100%?

    If so, call your insurance company. If that doesn't work, take her to small claims.

    it doesnt indicate who's at fault, the cop was being a lazy ass and didnt issue any citations. The report says I changed lanes when unsafe - the only reason it was unsafe is due to the cow barreling down the turning lane with no intention of turning. Im sure thats not the story she gave the insurance co though.

    Well if I gotta dish out over $600 to fix my truck I might as well get an aftermarket bumper. :D

    helllllll no, fred loya is the worst ins company ever. I have ins with pronto ins but her insurance is with progressive, thats where i filed the claim.

    Always try to get a cop to fill out an accident report and to explain what happened.It's her word against yours especially since you got the front end damage.
