My truck is beautiful, but it could be cooler. I thought about nerf bars, but they aren't really necessary. I bought the 2wd because I couldn't get Momma in and out of the prerunner too easily, and as long as I have her here, I really don't need 4wd.

So what other mods would make sense on an 09 2wd access cab taco?

Cosmetic additions. You can always go cheap/ free route, ie. debadge, BHLM, etc. You can add some billy 5100's around to level the truck out and maybe change up the wheels. Just some ideas.

Okay, then I'll say it!

I'll save that mod for the 4x4 Prerunner that I will have down the road. ;)

Fixed. ;) The Prerunner is a 2WD that sits as high as the 4x4, but it's still a 4x2. ;)

She has the base 2wd. The little baby one that's on the ground. Not a PreRunner. ;)

    Add fogs. :D

That way they fill up those two ugly empty holes on the sides of your bumper. :D

    Exactly. :D

I didn't mean it like "oh only pussies drive those". I'm not a dick like that. ;) Kind of like some 4x4 guys bashing PreRunners.

My girlfriend and I just call the base 4x2 Tacos little baby Tacos because they're so small and "cute" as she likes to say.

But I thought I saw a 4x4 prerunner! Okay scratch the prerunner. I plan to move out to the hill country in a few years so I will need a 4x4. But thats down the road.

Not sure what option level you have, maybe a new stereo.I love that cruise control mod and wiper mod I did thanks to this bunch. Eventually I'd like the D.T. headers , looks like an honest power option. Just please dont paint that taco pink.

You think you know, but you have no idea. :p

I wheel my PreRunner pretty well. Nothing too difficult but certainly not easy. It is an extremely capable rig. Burgman would agree. ;)

As for more mods, maybe you could upgrade the stereo and sound system as well. :D

All Terrains are fine for a good mix of mostly on road, some off.
