so i debadged my truck today and it took about a hour... all you need is
    hairdryer
    flat head
    steel hanger

    1. heat up where you want to take off
    2. put the flat head under the decal without touching the paint
    3. put the steel hanger and keep doing a sawing motion till it comes off
    4. clean with a paper towel.. i bought goo gone but it wasnt needed

    finished product:cool:

i am planning on painting my badges black and putting them back on... i dont trust the tape idea so im going to try to put crazy glue on the decal and then stick it on the truck... no pics yet of that... whats your opinion.?tape or glue?

another cheap mod is the floor foot guard thing... its right here on top of the black tacoma thing... its was grey on my truck and i was bored so i painted it black... all you need is the black plastic paint and a flat head to take it out... theyre 4 clips on each on... i started from the side closest to the bed and kept popping them out... painted it using 3 coats and put them back in...

I think fishing line works better than a screw driver.

I think you should use a double sided foam tape. That way you can remove again using fishing line.

Fishing line works great. It only took a few minutes. I used about 25 lb. test line
