in that case, a spray in liner(or roll on....whichever you can afford) my be the way to go then.

i have never seen a spray in liner done on one of these before. does it look good? it is not your typical bed.

ive heard both pros and cons....some saying they are good to go in these "plastic" beds, some saying they wont stick. i think, if its prepped right, a spray in liner will definitely work. if you dont wanna pay the high premium of a spray on(or the lower cost of a roll on)........maybe get a bed mat for your pick up...........it will hide the bottom of the bed where i imagine the most scratches and dings are, and it will allow stuff to ride int he bed withput sliding all over the place.....i have one and its an awesome investment. or you could buy a bedrug........but its expensive as hell.

Paint your bed?

No way in hell would I paint my bed. You ever paint latex paint on top of oil base paint?...Go with a color matching Rhino Liner if you want. I have been contenplating doing the Rhino Liner but I don't know if it will stick. I wrote the headquarters and they say they have had no problems..............

Go spray on, we do it on the trucks at work, (construction co.) and it is the way to go, that stuff should stick without issue, but to be safe call first.

okay after calling around to several paint shops ect. i called my buddy who does buff and scratch removal on our cars. this came as his suggetion and i have seen him do this on other interior panels on older cars. simple and cost only a few bucks.

motor oil.

pour it on a rag or little bits at a time and spread it evenly around the bed. not only does this help for sratches but also for beds that are showing sign of oxidation. make sure to park it in the sun light so it can "bake in" longer the better. if you have to, do a second treatment. after your done make sure to wipe down any excess with clean dry towels.

i'll post the results later. sorry i didnt take any before and after pictures. errr
