Thanks for having all this in writing, this is all I need. Johnny (supervisor) should by proud of these company policies, not given back what does not belong to your company. And let me tell you this, item PL5220 was never on your inventory, this part will be available until end of January as per a POP & LOCK customer service representative call, he informed that.

I feet bad about a Company that said it has twenty nine years in business and does not back up their employees’ errors or faults (shipping a wrong item).

But all this will be posted on several auto forums so everyone knows how your Company steals from their customers.

The next is a complain for the customer service for this order (7702727), I have not received a complete CREDIT to my credit card account, I received and sent back the item in this order after requesting a RMA because the wrong product was shipped, instead of receiving the PL5220 I received item or part number PL5200. There is pending a $14.95 amount for shipping and handling.

Can you be kind and see WHY is taking so long to get noticed of this fault and return what is mine.

Please reply with the next step you or your supervisor is going to take.

Wow, this company sucks ass. Well, I almost ordered some stuff from them but their prices actually kinda stink.

But now this makes it official for me.

I like Autoanything, they have great customer service IMO.

Well, immidiate actions for common and continuos problems, I already went and proceed to visit and process my complain at BBB. I have assigned a tracking number for it. Let see how this ends, good thing for this order is that I have an e-mail with the correct order detail.

This is my second BBB request, first one I had almost the same story (a different vendor -fishing items-) and after contacting them... as mentioned it took several weeks before I got my full refund.

I hope this one goes through the same path.
