Whenever I am driving on the freeway (75+ MPH), a noise comes from the center of my windshield. It sounds like rain hitting the windshield, yet there's no rain, and no rocks either. I have an 09 DC LB, if that helps. I bought the truck in June, the problem started in August. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

I have looked into that TSB. Although I will definitely take it in just in case, the noise described in the TSB is definitely not the noise I am hearing in my vehicle. When I get a chance I will record a sample.

could be somethin on the top of the dash bumping it or the seal on the outside has a bad spot in it and is causing it to be hitting the metel trim around it but thats odd to be happening on a 09 thats very new to have any type of seals going bad

Make sure it's not a loose wiring harness underneath the dash. I've heard of people finding a noise coming from under the dash, near the firewall from loose brackets (or something).

Im pretty sure it's not a wiring harness. The noise sounds like it's coming from the dead center of the windshield, and the loudness is pretty proportionate with speed. The noise almost sounds like glass cracking, which is weird because the windshield looks intact
