Alright the other day I actually pulled up behind a vehicle that wasn't covered in salt and noticed that my passenger side fog light was out. I pulled it earlier today before I went to get a new one and noticed that it appeared fine. There is no scoring as if it would have blown and the filament looks completely in tact. I checked the fuses and found nothing wrong at all. Any thought on what might be causing this?

I had the same thing. Bulb looked fine, but didn't work. Replacing it fixed the problem.

    Edit:
I just got a cheap bulb from Autozone. It was around $9 so not too bad to see if that's the problem.
