Rust!!!

I have a small chip of paint on the driver side 3rd door by the window and its rusted underneath. Dont they primer these trucks? When I take it to the dealer for an oil change tomorrow Im going to have them fix this but I hope it wont become a problem!

Primer doesn't stop rust, it is only for paint adhesion, get on it quick !!
