Hey guys, Finished my grill finally. I posted a few pics, sorry my camera decided not to work so I had to use my crappy iphone cam. I was thinking about building a few Toshi's since the house building industry is really keeping me busy this fall and winter...:(. Figured I might be able to make a few bucks on the side. If anyone is interested I was thinking of buying the grills from Toyota already painted to match, then mod it out and send it away for roughly $500. Just an idea...I'll have another Black one ready soon too. I was going to use some grill material from custom car grills till I got their sample pack and relized its pretty cheap stuff, so I went to a local metal shop and found this which feels alot more sturdy. This way if you hit a flying squirrel it wont mangle the front end. :) Feedback is welcome...unless its really bad then I dont want to hear it!!!:D

Looks awsome, Id definately suggest badging it. Did you have to cut out the inside of the origional grille?

You should also have a buy back program with your grills. Say if someone like myself wants one color matched completely done and shipped. I would then ship my stock grille right back to you once i'm satisfied with the work. Then you would send back $$ to the buyer.

Thats a great idea, especially for people who are apprehensive about cutting up their own grilles...

    Too few to list.
I was thinking of the same grill material since I saw them at Home Depot and they were a lot heavier than the ones available from CC grills.

They must have sent you their cheep stuff in the sample pack because I was quite impressed with the perforated mesh I purchased from them. Got it powder coated black on top of it. I dare a flying squirrel to take it on :p

    Your grill looks good man
