I was under my truck (07 Double Cab) cleaning and noticed something. Looking directly up under the passenger side between the cab and bed, there looks to be a black plastic vent. It's on the back of the cab at the level of the rear door handle, and is around 2" wide and 8" long. What is this and what's it's purpose?

They are cab vents. For the HVAC system to work propperly. They keep the interior presure equalized.
