New to the forum. Just bought a 2010 Tacoma Double Cab SR5. I've been waiting a long time to buy this vehicle and finally have one! I need floor mats. In Texas we don't see alot of snow. Any suggestions?

I see Weathertech liners are popular with Taco owners. Has anyone tried them out on the 2010? And how often do the pedals get stuck? Don't want to be in that truck that goes over a cliff.

I'm in a very similar boat, except I already ordered the WeatherTechs.

I bought a '10 SR5 in Texas a few weeks ago. I went ahead and took the leap with the floor mats knowing that they have great customer service should anything go wrong.

2010 would be the same as the 09. I have them and love them. Worth every penny. I'm getting a set for the wife's Murano too.

I'm sure someone will chime in, but I don't think you will have any fit issues if yuo just order a set for 09's.

I have a 2010 with front and rear Wethertechs. Awesome floor mats. I ordered them the day before the notice came out. I was worried about the interference as well while I was waiting for them to come in. But all is good. They hug the countours of your interior tighter than the factory carpet mats. You actually have more clearance for your accelerator pedal. I would not hesitate about purchasing these.

i've had them for 2 years roughly - they're the best mats out there. They look great, and for us in SD, keep all the sand out of the carpet. Then when its time to clean, i throw them on the driveway, hose them off, dry them, and back in the truck they go. Simple to clean, SUPER durable; worth every penny.

Love mine as well. Definitely pick a set up. As mentioned easy to clean. Nice not having to vacuum carpeted mats out when I drag sand in the truck just take them out and dump the sand off them. They were the first thing I ordered for the Taco, a month before I even had the truck haha.

And are you all recommending the all-weather or digital fit Weathertechs?

    1. Some sweet ass Sam's floor mats!! 2. Roll n Lock bed cover 3. Wet Okole seat covers.
This may sound a bit lame but I actually got a decent set of front and rear rubber mats for a measely $19.99 from Sam's. The Weathertech's are awful nice but, unless you're getting the full coverage ones for $159, the footprint on my cheap one's are damn near the same. As for durability, I've had a set of the exact same ones last almost 9 years in another car. Definitely not as cool but if you're looking to save some bucks Sam's might not be a bad option. On a postive note, I have yet to drive off a cliff courtesy or my floor mats either.

So glad! Apparently thats what happened to somebody in a Lexus which started the whole recall/warning on the mats. Accelerator got stuck on the mat and the person called 911 wondering what to do as the speed increased to 100 mph. Couldn't handle a curve and off they went. Thats what the dealer told me.

The Weathertech liners do have a large footprint and I'm debating whether I need that much coverage here in South Texas.

Well., same sentiment... Had them in my 08 and they were great... Have had my 2010 for 2 weeks and I already ordered the weathertechs... Just waiting for them to come in.

You can't go wrong with Weathertechs. To add insult to injury. With the 2010 I was actually ready to buy the OEM ALL WEATHER cause I read good things. I ordered them and when I went to pick them up at the dealer, they could not give them to me because of the recall. The parts manager says and I quote "Just get the weathertechs, they fit better and are a better product, i have them on my Ford".

The parts manager said that? Wow.

Was he recommending the Weathertech all-weather or the digital liners?

I called weathertech and they do not make mats for those with the manual tranny. I read on here that if you order what they have a little cut job will do the trick....anyone?
