hmm one of my headlights are out...

    my right headlight is out :( , i'm running the eagle eyes blackhoused headlights and 6k hids , looked at the relay and the bulb they seem fine (would the bulb look any different if they were burnt????), then i tried to look at the fuses and i tested the current on a relay and heard fuses pop and i replaced one but now my foglights are out :confused:
