Red 08' Double Cab TRD Sport 4X4

Has anyone out there used an adapter to make XM radio play through a factory radio. I have an 08 Double Cab with the single disc player, I thought about buying a 6 disc changer but I already have XM in all of the other vehicles and love it. Thanks in advance for any help on this, Wayne.
