I'm getting limo tint next week, and the installer said that he would just put 20% over the back windows and it would be close to 5%.

    Is Factory 15%?

So that would put 5% on the front windows and 4% on the back.

    That's pretty close

20% should match pretty close to the privacy glass in the rear. I did 20% all the way around and you can't hardly see in the back windows.

My front windows are tinted at 29% or 28%.... whatever the SC law says and mine is really close to the rear tint.

I agree that it must be 20%. My fronts are 30% (Texas legal limit), and they aren't as dark as the back.

Yes it is about 20% but it does not offer the same protection as window film. It still lets UV rays in. I would recommend tinting all the way around.

i have 5% on top of the 20% in the back on my access cab, and at night it is almost impossible to c where i am going when i back up. would not recomend it. but i have 35 on the front and i think its perfect.

yeah, i have 28% up front and its hard to see backing up at night, especially if its been raining. just a few weeks ago i was looking out my mirror and thought i was clear but then i didnt see the trash can until it was actually hitting my truck. now i have a nice 3 inch scratch. i need to put on some extra reverse lights to compensate
