    sry if this is redundant but I can't seem to find the mod anywhere. Would someone please hyperlink me or shoot me the post so I can check it out. I'd like to hook up a solar trickle charger.

    I just looked for this last night and did the mod today, took like 5 min. When you follow the link that lsocoee gave you follow the posts down a little and they tell you how to do it without any extra parts and it is much faster/ safer than the original instructions.
