    how hard is it to adjust coilovers does it take lots of strength to move them down to raise the front

    Depends... I have Fox 2.5s and it's not that hard just jack up the truck, lube everything with wd40, I use a special, once phillips head screw driver, to adjust them.... there are write ups on them. Just don't try to adjust them without taking all the weight off the wheels!
