Hey guys, just posting some pics to a new mod that I did to the center console. I was out of places to put switches for all the new things I will be doing thanks to this expensive habit from you all :p (i.e. interior lights, exterior lights, o.b.a., winch, etc.). I have a write up that I will be doing for this so others can complete it as well, it might take me a couple days since I have a new baby in the house right now taking up my time.

I was part of the Wet Okale group buy and have black covers on order to match the new color of the console. I added the red because I am looking at adding the red TRD symbol to the seat covers soon too. I am also going to add the red to the bottom of the shift knob and the grey plastic rings around the front door speakers.

Let me hear what you all think about this project (the good and the bad). Thanks for looking and for feeding my addiction.

I'm only slightly jealous- You have the room for that cause it's an auto- and that's awesome work...but it's an auto.

Either way...Rep for work well done!!

It is unfortunate for those of us with the OR package that most of the blanks are taken and we have to resort to things like this. I was not expecting to have to do too much custom stuff, but you all forced it on me.

    Thanks for the comments guys!

Yea, just got the thing and have been thinking about where I want to put it. I am considering making a custome plate for where it is at right now. Plus I have been messin with all the functions lately. As soon as I set on the views that I want and where I want it mounted, I guess I have to live with the crap install.

    Thanks for the tip too.

Not a fan. Did you just spray paint the plastic? My experience with spray painted interior parts has never been good. Then again I live in Texas where the interior of my black taco reaches temperatures that exceed that of the Devil's d**k. I give you an E for effort.
