    Just the basics
Yeah not really anything new other than graphics which may only appeal to the following group of bros

Matte paint is cool but afaik it requires a lot of attention to keep it looking good. Did the article say toyota is thinking about releasing it in matte finish? Remember the green sema AC taco? It was in a matte finish too.

Get rid of the stupid TapOut inspired urban bullshit graphics and it looks nice.

Love the flat-biller comments. Big fat white hat with a flat bill seems to sum up those stupid assed graphics. They should call it the Window Licker model.

Get rid of the cheap aluminum side steps as well.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
A source inside Toyota advised me today that the TX PRO package will be available on 2011 Tacoma Access & Double Cabs, Pre-runners and 4x4s. (No longbed).

The package is an add-on to the TRD Off-Road package and essentially swaps out the 16" Offroad Wheels for the Simulated Beadlock wheels and removes the TRD OR sticker in favor of a TX Pro sticker. A TRD exhaust will also be installed on the truck.

The truck will NOT be lifted. It will NOT have BFG ATs. It will not have the ridiculous graphics on it. Consider the TX Pro package to be similar in scope to the TRD Rugged Trail package from 08 - not much add-on, but a new fancy sticker and some wheels.

Cost will be in the neighborhood of $1700 on top of the TRD OR package.

Very Nice. Just put on your own ICON'S and tires. Those wheels would look sweet with some Duratrac's or KM2's. What color wheel's Black or Bronze? Now is the Gen 3 gona be a early 2011 release:rasta:? I will keep my eyes out if I see any test mule's rollin in Surprise and Glendale. Can't tell U how many times I saw the New Tundra and Sequoia and some small 4 door pickup from Ford being tested out here all "covered" up. Like U can't tell what it is! They like to go out in the evenings so U can't take pics as easy. Toyota's Proving grounds aren't to far away.

I was all excited when I read the title of this thread...until I saw the truck. It is like Autozone had a blowout sale and what was left over got slapped on this "special edition." Fake beadlocks? Graphics on the doors? Noisy exhaust? I want a live-front-axle special edition! ;)

If the truck comes with a motoextender, that would imply the weight of a dirtbikes rear wheel is acceptable to have supported by the tailgate. A lot of people have bent tailgates from doing this.
