Looks good man... I wish I bought the roof rack as well for mine. Do they have any reinforcement for the roof rack or did they just add it to the shell as is?

You know it Bro!.....Proud member for 21 years. :)

Ha! Thought about the same thing. There's even room up there for Granny and her rocking chair. :D

My understanding is that most caps, regardless of manufacturer, include a piece of plywood or OSB into the roof mold for rigidity and reinforcement for racks etc.

Looks good... let me know if they fixed the front slider issue. Mine leaked all the time.. finally had them swap it for full glass. The dealer said it was his third tacoma that did this and leer did not have a fix(at the time)... Bought mine spring 08
If they fixed, I would like to switch back

Thats exactly what im going to be getting except im going with the outdoor/ adventure package from leer and ill be taking the complimentary kayak mount instead of the thule cargo box or snowboard rack. The cap and rack combo is a must if you do a lot of camping/ outdoor activities or live in areas with unreal winter storms/ heavy rain i hate having to shovel my box out everytime i want to transport something in the winter. Did your rack come with the cargo net that hangs 3-4 inches below the top of the cap? Im pumped to store my rods paddles and other delicate gear up there.
