You have to wire the fogs but it's just 2 per light so super simple and you can just hang onto the factory plug.

The ARB site and videos (Utube) seem to make a big deal about how their Bull Bar is "Airbag Compliant." Anyone have any experience with the ShrockWorks bumper, collisions and airbag deployment?

Does anyone else have pics of their ARB bull bar? Where do you have your fog light and driving light switches?

    OUTSTANDING! ARB FTW!

    Looks great!
I love the new fog light provisions, I wish mine had those but oh well....You might want to look into these to save the synthetic winch line from damage:

Do you have any issues with your other suspension components? I just installed my ARB & I'm hearing some mean banging when I hit potholes/bumps. Got Toytec coilovers set at 3" that are rather new and my Taco has only 27k miles. Any help would be much appreciated

Hey man. Hummm... Not really sure what's going on with your setup but it does not sound good. I only noticed some sagging so far but that's it. I have 5100's with factory coils. Maybe someone else here could chime in. Sounds like you would be ok with them set at 3".

How much of a gap do you have between the fender and the bumper? I believe that ARB recommends 15-20mm. It could be your bumper slapping your front fender flares. My ARB will do this from time to time and it makes a heck of a sound. Mostly it happens when I hit a bump really hard. Also, my gap is closer to 10mm which I am sure makes the problem a little worse. Hope this helps.

Yup I had the bumper flat against my fenders. That was the simple problem all along. The Toytec coilovers are still solid!!!
    Thanks guys

Did you get your Eibach coils in yet? I'm thinking of doing the same to help with the front end sag I got after mounting my ARB. Let us know how it's doing... ;)

No. I actually bought a set of Donahoe coilovers that I plan to install after I have them rebuilt. The Eibach's along with my 5100's will be for sale once I install the coilovers. The springs are still new in the box and the 5100's have roughly 8k on them. I plan on setting them up for whoever whats them too. Probably be a few weeks. PM me if interested.

    The ARB's look great!

Can the front suspension of a stock DC SB OR with rear TSB done handle the weight of the bullbar? and winch?

Or do you guys recommend the 5100's?

Also thinking of running 255/85/16's, so may have to trim it?

    Thanks, Alan

you are going to have to lift it with or without the bumper, those are 33" tires.

Fair enough in regards to the tires needing a lift.

But can the stock suspension handle the bullbar/winch combo?

With the narrow 33's coming later?

    Thanks, Alan

I ran my ARB with Warn M8000 for a couple of months on the stock suspension, but it was definitely too low upfront. The combo is pretty heavy.

I just got an ARB w/ an XRC 10 - I like how you have the solenoid box mounted - how did you go about mounting it? If I mount it on the winch with the brackets provided, the box will be inaccessible inside the bumper. Thanks for any help.
