The avid bull bar will clear a skid plate. Yea i'm not a super fan of projectors either but it was the only way I could drive in normal nighttime traffic and not blind everyone. The projection cutoff is so sharp that i have it right under the guys' in front of me rear view mirror. The eyebrows def help the projector lights look. Without them i'd be going back to oem

much sturdier. I had him weld on gussets to where it bolts onto the taco for extra reinforcement. Actualy about a week after i got it on I noticed i had two marks on the front of it...someone musta backed into it...sucker.

Awesome truck man. Every time I see a pic of a pyrite, i'm happier i ordered it (picking it up tuesday...let the modding being). The pyrite/black combo is killer.

You have any problems running without a front plate? I've heard of a lot of people getting hassled about that in my area.

    Edit: Me fail english?

Okay just got an email back.....OEM skid plate will work with it!!!!:D

Update, he understood me wrong. He said they might have to modify it a little to clear the TRD skidplate but shouldnt be a problem.

Nope nothing extra for the gussets just ask...^ lol, damn i knew i forgot something. Gotta call my state farm asap. Especially before the snow hits and the loonies start driving. Oh and i haven't had any problems with the no front plate yet. Although if i take any long trips I'll just zip tie my plate in between the bars on the avid bar to play it safe :D

Good! Im in the insurance industry so be very specific and even submit pictures to them if they dont inspect the vehicle!...ive seen too many instances where someone thought they insured every customization but only did the wheels and tires.
