instrument panel lights

Ok I cant find it, I need help maybe I am just overlooking it. I want to change my instrument panel lights. I want to change them from the orange to white. I know I have seen a write up and step by step procedure on here before. Can someone please post the link. Thanks

I am comfortable doing the electrical/ electronic thing, I work with that stuff. My only quirk is taking the console out of the truck.

That's actually a pretty reasonable price. Will the truck run without the gauges, or is it out of commision during the ship-mod-ship cycle?
