i went to pismo last week and im 2x4 and i had the quad and full psi and did not get stuck i put it in 3 and 2 and 2lo and last time i had no weight in the back and was in 4 and got stuck



what gear should i be in...........

In Pismo I air down to 12psi and usually stay in 4hi.

 

air down. All you can do if your not 4x4

Only way to not get stuck in pismo without airing down is momentum. I go down to 10-15psi, and can go anywhere except to the really soft stuff, or getting out of a deep bowl.

Should have been a statement, you were telling us which episode. Unless you were asking where he dated the old woman. Lets not forget you didn't put a period at the very end after the word good.

To the op, you could leave it in "D" and be fine if you feather the pedal and maintain your speed. I woud air down if you have had issues before or are just plain uncomfortable. Take you time and learn the tires and truck, its also important for you to pick the proper lines for your vehicle and skill level.
