tacoma trim help for a newbie?

    Lookin for a tacoma!!
    im only lookin to buy new if i can get a good dealer special or what not near the beginnin of the year. and i would really like to find the 4x4 but you're right about the used part.... people reeally dont sell these!

    That's a good point and it remains my biggest concern with a 2WD truck. I'm sure that one reason the Matrix is so good with snows is that it is FWD and does put the weight over the drive wheels.

    I'd guess that the short bed double cab puts more weight over the rear wheels than any other configuration. I'm also planning to make a box to hold sand that I can put at the rear of the bed to transfer some weight to the rear wheels.
