Hello 2008, welcome to 2009.

 

That button is for your tire light reset, you do not have air pressure sensors on your vehicle. Your vehicle measures whell speed VIA your ABS brake sensors. when the light comes on you need to reset your system after you set your tire pressure. when setting your light your need to press it once until you see the light go off, then release the button and press it again until your tire light flashes 3 times. Once you reset your light it resets the previous parameters that were in the system, you will also see that light come on after your rotate your tires. Those that have the tire pressure sensors in the wheels will not have that button on their vehicle.
