Exactly. In addition to sharpening one side for self defense, I removed the starter and crank by hand with the slim jim to start my truck. This will be hard to explain to the dealer when I go into the shop for my first service in a little while.

How does it work on chicken? I might get one for when I need to stick, skin and gut a steer.

Works fine on chickens, but they have fairly light hollow bones. It might not work as well on a larger/heavier animal.

Although since we are talking about toughening up, you could just kill the steer with a spoon. It would be dangerous, cruel and take a long time, but no one would accuse you of being a soft American after that.

I wish, driving a 5-lug negates anything I can do with a spoon.

Not mad. Just playing the game.
A little disappointed. Didn't expect this much BS over a legitimate question. It is the internet though.

Personally, I would like to see it more often. Let's be honest, she's smiling at me.

Hey so I just got back from the dealer for my service & asked em this question
    The official answer is

    NO.
the gen 2 locks are NOT programmable. This is just not possible.

    However,
He did program my seatbelt chime to STFU which is very very nice. Just gotta ask!

Not even a minute it just blinks the red light and doesn't chime at all!
It's great for me because I often put a heavy backpack in the passenger seat and the thing won't shut up.
Or if I'm off road, I hate wearing one cause the damn thing locks up & yanks me back in my seat when I hit bumps.

I am still waiting on a response about the traction control-
when you hit the traction control OFF button (looks like a car on bacon)
It will turn itself back on " in situations of severe yaw or braking"

This is bullshit because if I turn it OFF I want it OFF.
Can't count how many times I've slammed into a rut because that damn thing came on & made my brakes quit.

Anyways, I realized the computer DOES know how to keep it off, as it is totally disabled when in 4 low- so the tech at the dealer is looking it up for me. Ill keep you guys posted and find a more relevant thread for it too.

Just wanted to thank Toyota for knowing what's better for me than I do.
I narrowly averted a parking lot raping recently.

My wife and kids weren't as fortunate since they couldn't get into the truck thanks to the door only unlocking for me.

    Said no one ever.

If you leave the doors unlocked the serial killer can just get in and wait instead of chasing you through the parking lot.
