Anyone else have squeaks in A/C blower assembly?

    Bone stock other than new floor mats.
    Yup, mine has made the chirping noise as well on speed fan of 1 for some time now. If I have time though I'll give the posted fix a whirl. However, I agree with others that the fix may be temporary until the screws backout again.

    2 inch coil spacers up front, tsb rear, Kobalt toolbox, westin bull bar, driver seat height mod, jvc head unit, rag joint zip tie truss mod, 17inch alloy 4runner sr5 rims wrapped in 265 yoko geolanders, off road lights, uhaul hitch, tacoma seat covers, avs vent visors, debadged prerunner, mud flaps gone, scanguage II, glovebox shock absorber mod,flowmaster 40 exhaust,
    I too have problems getting the connector out. But if it's the screws that are causing the noise, then tightening them a few times a year is worth it

    Quick question. How much slack is in those wires connected to the blower. I'm worried I put too much strain on them trying to remove the blower connector after I let it down onto the floor
