Installation of GPS Antenna?

    DIY OEM Fog Lights on anytime, DIY OEM Cruise Control, Removed 2ndary Air Filter, Rear Speakers Mod, Traction Bar/Helper Spring Mod, Red Brake Drums and Rotors, Stainless Steel Exhaust Tip, Door Sill Protectors, Taco Bed Mat, Custom Front Mud Flaps (Mudguards), TRD Bucket Seats (pending)
    Just wondering for those of you that have in-dash GPS units (or XMS), how have you ran your remote GPS antenna wires and where did you place the antenna?

    I had seen where someone ran their XMS antenna out through their center brake light and mounted it on the roof above the brake light - but I'm looking for other options.

    Please post pics if available.

    I received this Eclipse AVN2210p MK II CD receiver with detachable TomTom portable navigator as a present and will be installing it when I get home on Tues:

    Removed Secondary Air Filter
    I know a few people have left there sat radio receivers just in the cab itself with good results. Other option would be to mount it on the hood but I think that looks dorky myself.

    i put mine on the a-pillar behind the passenger side "oh shit handle"

    nah...i did this way before getting hooked into the forum lifestyle...lol. mine was magnetic, so i stuck it to the metal and put the regular a-pillar cover back over it. u'd never know it was there
