Upgrade order question

OME 3in Lift, LR UCA's, 33in DuraTracs, All-Pro Full Skids, TRD CAI & Cat Back, 16x8 KMC Enduros

So here is my plan,

Toytec Ultimate lift
TC UCA's
285x75r16
new wheels with some back spacing.

My question is what order should I do this in for the least amount of work if I can't buy everything at the same time. obviously I should not do the tires without the lift.

I'm thinking Lift, UCA, then wheels & tires.

Will there be issues having the lift and UCA on there with the stock wheels and 265x75 tires?
