I just purchased a 2010 Tacoma and I have tried both methods listed in this forum to program the doors to lock when ignition is on and unlock when ignition is off and neither work. Does anyone know if the process is different on the 2010's?

I don't think it is possible for the later model trucks. I don't know what the cut off year is, I know it worked on my '99, but not my '08.

If you do find out how, I would like to know.

According to the dealership, the option to program the door locks is not available on the 2010. If anyone knows differently, I would also appreciate the details.

Old thread revised, will this work on a 2014 Tacoma? The dealer programmed my 2011 Tundra to unlock all doors with one click
