4X4 front hubs or just bearings?

I'm going to have my front brakes done and I'm also going to have the bearings replaced (145K miles on her). I've found SKF bearings for $100 ea and Timkens for $64 ea, but by the time I buy the seals (in and out) and have them pressed in I'm wondering if the factory front hub assembly for $157 isn't a better way to go.

Part of this question is the perceived quality of the factory bearings compared to SKF or Timkens.

I'm not doing this myself so I'm sure there will be a labor savings with a hub replacement too.

** Update ** Just got back from the dealership and the hub is $220 AND DOESN'T INCLUDE BEARINGS, OR SEALS.

While I was there I saw that there is an o'ring between the inner seal and the bearing pack in the factory setup.

Has anyone had experience with aftermarket bearings and seals? The 2 bearings I'm looking at are the SKF FW194 and the

$92 Timkens BM500007 Preset, Pre-Greased And Pre-Sealed Bearing Module Assembly

Timkens BM500007. Toyota uses different seals for the inner and outer seals, but the aftermarket seals I'm finding only use one - thoughts?
